This role is ideal for a hospitality professional seeking to advance their skills in event sales, operations, and production.The Event Coordinator reports to the Events Director and works closely with the operations team to support the sales, planning, design, coordination, and execution of all contracted events. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hospitality experience, with a deep passion for food + beverage, and will be comfortable dealing directly with diverse clientele in a very fast-paced environment. We anticipate substantial growth in the coming years and are looking for a candidate who wants to grow with us and play a key role in our success.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Sales Coordination
- Assist with client communication and logistics throughout the planning process
- Create and edit event proposals, menus, and planning documents
- Coordinate with guest relations and kitchen teams to ensure aligned service
- Support with menu tastings, venue walk-throughs, and site visits as needed
Event Planning & Logistics
- Input and maintain event details in internal planning systems
- Assemble and distribute event documents including BEOs, staffing schedules, and timelines
- Assist with vendor outreach, rental order confirmations, and permits under the guidance of senior staff
- Attend events as needed to provide on-the-ground support
Internal Operations
- Support with developing and maintaining service documents, procedures, and best practices for all event formats
Skills & Abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented: must have the ability to create systems for managing daily tasks
- Works well under pressure: must be able to gracefully respond to demand in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter: must have the desire to drive the business forward and understand its many moving parts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, high level of energy and work ethic
- Fluency with Microsoft Office and the Google suite
- A minimum of 2 years of Front of House Restaurant experience preferred
- Available for a Tuesday Saturday schedule with flexibility as required by event needs
- Drivers license helpful but not required

While performing the duties of the job, the Event Coordinator is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
