We are seeking a passionate, experienced Service Manager to lead and inspire our team . A qualified candidate will be a positive -minded, hands-on, and committed to educating our guests and team on all things hospitality ! You are a teacher at heart who inspires others to be service-minded, efficient and team oriented.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, management experience preferred but not required
- Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a happy and productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
- Basic understanding of quality and cost control
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit , Hot Schedules)
- Create a happy work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition and growth
- Focus on creating a memorable guest experience
- Have an active ServSafe Food Safety and Tips Certificate
- Have a flexible schedule and open availability
