Your Role Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible to greet guests and vendors. Reserve and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, luncheons, and assign company badges to visitors as well as other miscellaneous duties as requested. You will be an important part of the client to ensure the best service for their customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Check visitors in and confirm IDs and assign visitor badges.
• Scanning
• Entering Fedex shipments through Fedex Manager
• Monitoring emails
• Confirming delivery orders (Uline, Office Depot, etc.)
• Pick up daily mail.
• Perform any department specific responsibilities as defined by the Office Manager Your Skills and Experiences
• 1 to 2+ years of experience as a receptionist
• MS Office
