Collin Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Our programs include inpatient psychiatric care, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), all delivered with compassion and a commitment to long-term wellness.
Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally.
Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
Perform front desk duties including sign-in, visitor logs, and ID verification.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient with phone systems and basic office software.
