Maintenance/Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in residential maintenance and repair, demonstrating proficiency in various tasks such as painting, electrical work, and facilities maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities. Buildings are located in Calumet City and Lansing Il .

Perform residential painting tasks, ensuring a clean and professional finish.
Conduct routine facilities maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of building systems.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Execute electrical repairs and installations, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Fabricate necessary components for repairs or installations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
Requirements

Proven experience in residential painting, facilities maintenance, or related fields.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an Ohmmeter.
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
