Key Skills/Responsibilities

Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively plan, achieve goals, juggle multiple tasks, and manage time. Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
Communication Skills: Employ strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and ensure that instructions are conveyed accurately and quickly to staff and guests. This includes verbal communication and active listening. Email discipline is important.
Financial Acumen: Help drive financial performance by managing budgets, implementing programs to strengthen P&L, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Follow direction on labor management, understand pour costs and beverage inventories.
Leadership and Training: Lead and develop staff by providing training on service steps and drink recipes. Hold team accountable, build community relations and support marketing efforts, including grassroots promotions.
Attention to Detail: Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food and beverage products. Clean and set dining rooms. Spotless restrooms. Mange day to day labor and service staff. Say hello and goodbye to each and every guest.

Sense of challenge and engaging energy
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, both BOH and FOH, Management, and Community. Spanish a plus.

Education & Experience

2 years of restaurant management or leadership roles with continued improvement.
The ability to Manage and lead operations crew during scheduled shifts
Communicating professionally with all team members
Leading all functional areas related to FOH Operations
Coordinating and maintaining a strong working relationship with BOH to ensure timely and accurate execution from beginning to end of the customers experience
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a safe serve manager certificate.
Familiarity with a variety of F&B concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to project a professional image and maintain a positive, memorable entertainment experience for guests.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lb. (approximately 23kg).
Must be able to stand, walk, or otherwise be on your feet for 810 hours per day.
