Nella Kitchen and Bar is a fine dining establishment known for exquisite Californian Italian cuisine, exceptional ambiance, impressive wine selection located in the small town of Los Olivos, Ca. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fine Dining Server to join the team and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
Extensive knowledge of food and wine: Ability to describe dishes in detail and recommend appropriate pairings.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in wine service, including knowledge of varietals and presentation techniques.
Familiarity with multiple POS systems.
Food safety, Alcohol and Sexual Harassment Training certifications.
