Position Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering and facilities team. In this role, you will help ensure our hotel remains a safe, welcoming, and high-functioning environment for guests and team members. You’ll be hands-on with equipment, systems, and spaces, responding quickly to issues and helping us maintain a standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Excellence: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.
Team Collaboration: Communicate and work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective service.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance to proactively address potential issues.
Emergency Response: Be ready to respond to urgent situations such as equipment malfunctions or utility failures.
Innovate Solutions: Suggest improvements to systems and procedures for better efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Accurately document repairs, inspections, and equipment history.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance required.
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.
A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
