Selva Saloon is a respected South American restaurant in Long Beach, known for bold flavors, seasonal cooking, and a focus on hospitality. As we continue pushing for Bib Gourmand recognition, were looking for a skilled Pantry Cook with at least 2 years of fine dining experience to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, plating, and consistency and wants to grow in a professional, fast-paced kitchen.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining or high-end kitchen
Strong knife skills and a sharp eye for detail
Ability to execute cold station items with speed and consistency
Familiarity with mise en place, prep lists, and clean station habits
Interest in South American ingredients and plating styles
A positive attitude and desire to grow with a driven team
