Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Acute
The Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Acute is responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care for individuals on the orthopedic unit. This role involves assessing patient needs, interpreting clinical data, and providing age-specific care according to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate total patient care for assigned individuals, ensuring a tailored and compassionate approach.
- Assess patient data, interpret clinical information, and deliver care specific to each patient's age and needs.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
- Support the Mission and Core Values of St. Bernardine Medical Center through professional conduct and high-quality care delivery.
- Contribute to the hospital's strategic plan by participating in quality improvement and process enhancement activities.

Qualifications
- Prefer one (1) year of experience in the area of specialty.
- Current California RN License
- AHA-BLS (American Heart Assiocation - Basic Life Support)
