Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring seamless service, team efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,500 - $88,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and support team training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Ensure policies and procedures are upheld, providing leadership that inspires exemplary guest service
  • Foster a culture of positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and professionally.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and financial oversight

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a similar upscale dining environment; previous experience with new restaurant operations, including training, motivating, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and ServSafe Alcohol certifications required
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&Ls, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • Experience managing large-scale restaurants is a plus
