Job Description:Sea Wolf is a high-volume seafood restaurant and bar located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Known for our raw bar, coastal classics, and strong cocktail program, were a local favorite with a busy service flow and a tight-knit team culture.
Were currently hiring a Head Bartender to lead our bar program, manage day-to-day operations, and continue pushing the guest experience and beverage offerings forward.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all bar operations during service and prep hours
Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff
Manage inventory, place weekly orders, maintain suppliers relationships
Ensure beverage cost and labor targets are met
Develop seasonal cocktail menus and support brand consistency
Enforce DOH, SLA, and internal compliance standards
Collaborate with FOH/BOH managers to support seamless service
Act as MOD as needed and maintain a strong floor presence
Qualifications:
Minimum 23 years of bar management experience in a high-volume setting
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic & modern cocktail technique
Experience with inventory systems, cost tracking, and vendor management
Familiarity with Toast and/or BevSpot (or similar platforms)
NYC Food Protection Certificate and TIPS certification required
Comfortable managing a team and handling guest issues professionally
Passion for hospitality, efficiency, and clean, high-level service
