Job Description: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Society Hill Hotel. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Enjoy working mornings and nights

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our restaurant's expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred. Pizza experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
