Job Description: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Society Hill Hotel. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our restaurant's expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred. Pizza experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
