Position Summary

The Position: The Concierge provides excellent customer services to all residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. The Concierge is the face of the property and promotes a sense of community while organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming residents, prospective residents, after hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, updating communication logs on active buildings etc
  • Provide resources to our customers and an open and welcoming environment for our residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • Acquire a broad knowledge of the community and the surrounding area
  • Marketing the property
  • Maintain positive relationships with the residents to ensure that communication between residents and community representative is open and effective
  • Assist with resident events and initiatives
  • Social Media posting, Blogging, and Internet Presence
  • Work as part of the site team to ensure that each event is a sociable and pleasurable environment
  • Ensure that the Community Amenities area has proper inventory
  • Proactive communication with the Management for issues or concerns
  • Maintain work area to an appropriate level of presentation
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent follow up skills via email and phone
  • Yardi experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
