Gates Hudson is seeking a professional for a floating position to cover Concierge and other roles. This role is crucial for managing community calls, greeting visitors, directing traffic flow, and providing excellent owner/resident services. This high-visibility role demands professional conduct and attire.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth shift transitions, ensuring all memos, packages, and keys are accounted for.
  • Adhere to reporting deadlines and manage an activity calendar.
  • Answer incoming calls courteously, dispatching or messaging accurately, and managing community correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain organized files and records.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, maintaining positive relations and a welcoming environment.
  • Distribute common area and unit keys following Association policies, ensuring proper ID verification and return.
  • Manage package and delivery distribution, logging, and notification.
  • Coordinate personal services for owners/residents upon request.
  • Assist in the planning of community events and activities.
  • Conduct regular checks of lobby and common areas, reporting maintenance needs.
  • Handle emergency maintenance requests outside of office hours.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general internet use.
  • Strong knowledge of Association operating policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands:

  • General office duties ability, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • May require stair climbing, depending on the property.

Work Environment:

  • Professional office setting.
  • Use of standard office equipment.
