Building seeks a reliable and dedicated Building Porter to join our team in Forest Hills, New York. As a Building
Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our building.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs.
Maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks and entryways.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in building maintenance or janitorial services is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Good physical condition, as the role may involve lifting and moving heavy objects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
Legal identification required

Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position. Some weekend availability may be required.
