Location: Apple Grove High School

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of custodial equipment, supplies, and proper cleaning procedures.
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
• Regular and on-time attendance is required.

Apple Grove High School is seeking an experienced and dependable Custodian to join our custodial team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the school community.

• Maintain the building and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.

• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; requests replacements as needed.

• Clean, mop, service, and restock assigned areas daily.

• Dust and clean furniture, walls, machines, and equipment regularly.

• Keep all floors clean and presentable.

• Empty all assigned trash containers daily.

• Keep sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and playgrounds free of trash and litter.

• Operate custodial power equipment.

• Assist in moving equipment and furniture.

• Use hand and small power tools to make minor repairs.
