About the Role:
Mille Fleurs is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Youll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, cookware, and utensils to uphold the high standards of our fine dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station
- Sanitize all kitchen equipment and tools
- Assist with general kitchen and storage area cleaning
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety compliance
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely, responsible manner

Requirements:

- Prior dishwasher experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Team player with good communication skills

Schedule:

- Evening and weekend shifts required
