What you will be doing
Greeting Guests
Welcome patrons upon arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor. Verify age/ID if required for entry. Manage guest lists, VIP reservations, etc. Answer questions as needed.
Seating and Capacity Management
Escort guests to elevators to access Rooftop Bar. Monitor and manage floor capacity to ensure safety and compliance with fire codes. Coordinate with management regarding occupancy levels.
Reservation Management
Take and confirm reservations in person, over the phone, or online. Maintain accurate reservation logs and communicate guest preferences to staff.
Customer Service
Provide high-level service to enhance guest experience. Address customer concerns or escalate issues to management as needed. Build relationships with regular patrons and VIPs to encourage repeat business.
Coordination with Staff
Communicate with bartenders, servers, and security about guest needs or incidents. Support the flow of service and relay guest requests to appropriate team members.
Maintaining Ambience
Help create a lively and upscale atmosphere through guest interaction and appearance. Monitor dress code adherence and overall crowd behavior.
Administrative Duties
Track nightly attendance and guest feedback. Document any incidents or unusual activity during the shift, communicate any concerns with management.
Hourly rate $19

- High work ethic and self-initiative, ability to work in high pressure situations
- May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
