EVS Shift Lead Attendant

• Supervise and coordinate EVS team members in assigned areas
• Ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including restrooms and guest rooms
• Replenish supplies in restrooms
• Conduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to assure housekeeping standards are met
• Report maintenance and repair problems to the Supervisor
• Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous experience as an EVS attendant or similar role
• At least 6 months supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure, follow directions, and be guest service-oriented
• Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
• No diploma required

• Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of the shift
• Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying
• Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and perform washing duties
• Regularly exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals
• Noise level may be moderate to loud
• Occasionally works in outside weather conditions
