Job Opportunity: Groundskeeper Palm Beach FL locals only MUST BE LOCAL ALREADY- 2-3 years experience We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for a full-time groundskeeping position at a private estate in the Palm Beach, FL area. This is a unique opportunity to assist in the maintenance and enhancement of a beautiful 3-acre property. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on worker with a solid understanding of landscaping principles, including fertilizing, edging, and identifying property-specific challenges to ensure stability and aesthetic appeal. This role will focus on the overall maintenance of the grounds, including: * General landscaping maintenance Zoysia grass maintenance knowledge Vegetation maintenance knowledge * Outdoor cleaning, including leaf removal and upkeep of the front and back areas * Raking as needed * Assisting with the upkeep of the pool and tennis court areas * Maintaining jasmine edges and performing regular trimming * Collaboration and assistance with outside vendors (we need someone knowledge) with While some prior knowledge in groundskeeping is beneficial, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
