This is a 1099/contractor position, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong apartment maintenance experience, and is ready to take on regular service requests and renovation projects across San Diego (Beach Area), Oceanside, and Vista. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance or multi-family property experience Must be on-call capable and responsive for emergency maintenance Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred) and a valid driver's license Must have own tools and equipment Willingness to travel between sites Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Able to take on larger projects such as unit turnovers, painting, or light remodeling when needed Skilled in: -Plumbing (toilet installs, leaks, drain clearing) -Electrical (light fixture installs, outlets, troubleshooting) -Appliance repair and replacement - Move in/Move Out inspections - HVAC troubleshooting (preferred) - Interior painting and drywall repair - Door, lock, and window repair - Basic carpentry and patchwork - Make ready unit turnovers and inspections - Trash outs and deep cleaning (preferred) - Groundskeeping and curb appeal maintenance Compensation: - Competitive pay based on experience and job scope - Paid per work order or project - negotiable - Long-term work available for the right candidate How to Apply: Please to this post with: Experienced Handyman Send me an email and I will send you a price list and instructions on filling it out to return to me.
