Job Description :
& #61607; Prepare and cook food using Thai culinary expertise
& #61607; Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop Thai recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
& #61607; Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
& #61607; Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
& #61607; Check the quantity and quality of received products
& #61607; Check stock levels and order supplies
& #61607; Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
& #61607; Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
& #61607; Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Salary: $42,661/year
Requirement: 24-36 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2-3 years of experience in Thai cooking).
