Job Description :

' Using Thai culinary training and strong cooking knowledge, prepare and cook Thai Specialty dishes, pursuant to the Employer's high standards and under time pressure

' Ensure that the food prepared is authentic and represent the delicate Thai cuisine

' Plan, design and develop recipes and menus, considering such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers

' Determines how food should be presented, and creates decorative food displays

' Supervise and train prep cooks in the Thai culinary arts

' Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met

' Checks the quantity and quality of received products

' Checks stock levels and orders supplies

' Determines production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services

Salary: $42,661/year

Requirement: 24-36 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2-3 years of experience in Thai cooking).
