• Managing the reservations book to maximize potential
• Managing reservations and handling any special requests or dietary needs of the guests
• Supervising the service team to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction
• Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the host stand
• Providing guests with information about the restaurant, answering their questions, and offering recommendations
• Uphold company standards of hospitality at all times

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00) plus tips
