Job Description: Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria! As the point of contact for our hotel guests, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable stay for our visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling reservations, and attending to guest inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel

Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests

Ensure the lobby area and front desk are clean, tidy, and presentable

Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role in a hotel environment preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in hotel reservation software (e.g., Lightspeed)

Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
