ESTABLISHED COCKTAIL BAR GROUP IN MIDTOWN/CHELSEA IS LOOKING FOR OUTGOING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

1 full year of high volume fine dining or cocktail bar experience is required for this role.
We are currently hiring for two positions for two different venues; PATENT PENDING & AGENCY OF RECORD Both positions part time.

Server
Job requirements:

• Basic cocktail and spirit knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently in a high volume atmosphere
• Fundamental understanding of guest relations
• Take and enter orders correctly and communicate flow with management and chefs
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 35 lbs).
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time(10+hrs) over multiple floors.
• Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.
• Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
• Must be of legal age according to NY State regulations to serve alcohol (18 years).
• Fluent in written and spoken English
