Job Description:We are looking for friendly, motivated, and service-driven servers to join our team. As the face of Blue Mezze Bar, youll play a central role in delivering a relaxed yet refined dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
Guide guests through our mezze and wine selections with confidence
Accurately take orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Maintain clean and well-prepared tables throughout service
Ensure guests feel cared for and attended to at all times
Resolve any issues promptly and with a hospitality-first mindset
Minimum 3 year experience in a restaurant or wine bar setting
Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality
Strong knowledge or interest in wine and food pairing (especially natural & regional wines)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
Flexible schedule with availability on evenings and weekends
