Front of House The Face of Gravesend

Youre not just taking orders youre setting the tone. This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around a wine list, thrives on guest connection, and understands how to read a room. Experience in tasting rooms, wine bars, or upscale-but-chill dining is highly preferred.

Youll be doing:
Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
Pouring boutique wines & craft beer with confidence
Guiding guests through our wine flights and offerings that are informative, not scripted
Serving elevated, seasonal plates
Running point on register, flow, and front-end vibe
Delivering service thats smooth, sincere, and style-forward
Helping prepare and serve zero-proof/mocktail beverages
Educating people about the Saint K Wine Club
Keeping tabs on front-of-house inventory
Creating a clean, inviting space where your personality can shine

Back of House The Driving Engine

Were keeping our kitchen tight and intentional. This is about clean, high-integrity cooking with bold flavors and clean presentation. We want cooks who take pride in doing things right, staying sharp, and keeping the food as dialed-in as the wine list.

Youll be:
Prepping and executing dishes with consistency and precision
Maintaining a clean, efficient, and compliant kitchen
Working closely with FOH to ensure a smooth guest experience
Helping us shape the flavor and feel of our culinary program
Upholding health and safety standards at all times
Helping manage kitchen inventory

Expectations:
FOH: Must be at least 21 years of age
Standing, walking, bending throughout shifts; reaching above and at shoulder level

Schedule:
Open Tuesday through Sunday (subject to change)
Flexible scheduling, up to 6 days/week; preferably open to working weekends, holidays and evenings, as needed
Full-time, part-time, and leadership roles available
