About Us:
Go! Go! Curry is a popular Japanese curry franchise known for authentic Kanazawa-style curry served quickly and deliciously. We proudly opened our Gardena location on June 26, 2025 and are excited to build a great team!

Position Summary:
Join our back-of-house team to prep, cook, and plate delicious curry dishes with consistency and speed. Youll help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and work closely with your teammates to deliver the best experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Prep fresh ingredients and maintain portion control
Cook and assemble orders during peak hours
Operate kitchen equipment safely (fryers, rice cookers, etc.)
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks
Support your teammates and communicate clearly on the line
Follow instructions from supervisors and managers

Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required we train!
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Must have a positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
