**What You'll Do**
+ Tackle a variety of maintenance and janitorial tasks to keep our buildings clean, safe, and efficient.
+ Troubleshoot and repair lighting, electrical outlets, switches, and ceiling tiles.
+ Maintain drain pumps, drinking fountains, and investigate leaks to prevent disruptions.
+ Help manage inventoryorder, pick up, and track materials.
+ Support seasonal landscaping and exterior upkeep.
+ Assist with light HVAC maintenance and repairs.
**Essential Skills**
+ A strong mechanical mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
+ Experience with HVAC systems and general facilities maintenance.
+ Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions and safety protocols.
+ Skills in janitorial work, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
