A La Carte Line Cook
Boulder Country Club is seeking the ideal candidate for our A La Carte Line to help support during our busy season. The individual would need to have an exceptional understating of all cooking techniques and the will and drive to work any station necessary including pantry, saute, or grill. $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Ability to communicate effectively with line team in English
Requirements:
line cook: 2 years (Preferred)
Will be required to work weekends & summer holidays
ServSafe Certified is preferred
Other food handler certificates are accepted
A positive attitude and team player mentality
references and a working interview are required
