Housekeeper/Cook (Must have childcare experience)- NYC

Our Manhattan based client is seeking a reliable, proactive, and organized Housekeeper / Cook to support the day-to-day operations of their home and assist with after-school care for their two children (ages 8 and 4). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a well-run household environment, is confident in the kitchen, and has a flexible, can-do attitude. Responsibilities: Plan and prepare healthy, family-friendly meals 4-5 days per week Create weekly meal plans and manage grocery shopping Handle general cleaning tasks Household laundry, including ironing as needed Maintain and replenish household supplies and pantry inventory Run errands such as store returns, dry cleaning, and organizing closets School pick-up and transportation to/from after-school activities Engage children in age-appropriate activities and homework help when they are home Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar combined role (cooking, housekeeping, childcare) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability A proactive and flexible attitude Valid driver's license (preferred, for ease of transport to Hamptons and around NYC if needed) Travel Requirements: Willingness to stay overnight in the Hamptons on occasion during the school year and full weeks during summer (approximately 2-3 weeks per year) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
