FT Housekeeper, Beverly Hills

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to add to a high-end private residence in Beverly Hills. This role will report to the Lead Housekeeper and will assist in planning and carrying out many household duties. This job requires total teamwork and mutual support and will work within a large household staff team. The qualified housekeeper will be flexible with their hours and understand that scheduling needs may change on a regular basis, based on the needs of the Principals. Job Description Perform overall upkeep of an extensive private estate applying a white glove experience Clean the home -- including floors, windows, furniture, changing bed linens, kitchen, etc. Process laundry -- including washing, folding, hanging and ironing fine bed linens Organize closets and cupboards Follow determined protocols, systems and task schedules Assist with events held at the home Collaborate with the team of current domestic workers/housekeepers Qualifications Strong hands-on cleaning skills with exceptional attention to detail Knowledge of care and maintenance for luxury materials, fine fabrics, and delicate furnishings Ability to learn quickly and pay close attention to detail A respectful, careful nature while working with the valuable belongings of the homeowner in the process of service Experience performing job duties effectively and efficiently under stressful circumstances A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize wisely A neat, professional, and conservative appearance with good hygiene Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed Demonstrated experience working for a high-net-worth family This role requires a full background check, spotless driving record, and eligibility to work in the United States Schedule: 5 days a week 830am-5pm (there's a 30 min staff lunch everyday) Need to confirm exact schedule; we prefer if candidates are open to 1 weekend day
