FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER, BRENTWOOD, CA (90049) Our client in Brentwood, CA is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join their established household team. The ideal candidate will bring strong soft hospitality skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude. This IS a sole-charge position, working independently to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standard. Immediate availability for in-person interview and short-term coverage is a plus. Responsibilities Perform daily housekeeping duties at the highest level; providing organization and putting items back where they belong Provide soft hospitality services such as guest preparation, offering vendors a bottle of water, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Care for fine furnishings, finishes, and household items with attention to detail and proper technique Handle laundry and linen care, with occasional ironing (external support available when extra family visit) Maintain household supply inventories and communicate restocking needs with the House Manager at the other home on the east coast Assist with home readiness for occasional visits from family or guests Maintain open, respectful communication with team members and adapt to changing needs or routines Be able to communicate throughout the day with the House Manager via text, calls or video chat, to ensure the vendors are on schedule and routine maintenance is being handled Light cooking (fish, vegetables) for the principal when asked. This is not a cook or chef position however, cooking ability to do some light meals is essential Requirements 5-8+ years of private housekeeping experience with long-term roles, ideally in UHNW environments Strong communication skills, clear English, and a friendly, solution-oriented attitude Ability to work independently while being a team player Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining a pristine home Flexible and hospitality-minded, with a calm and discreet demeanor Must be local to Los Angeles with reliable transportation Strictly no social media sharing related to the household or Principal Open to temporary/interim coverage candidates available immediately Location: Brentwood, CA 90049 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday; Hours TBD; if working overtime, you will be paid OT hours Salary: (DOE) full benefit package offered and vacation Employment is contingent upon a clear background check and verification of references
