Are you a lover of delicious food and an amazingmunity? Mioposto is a high-end pizzeria & bar with an artisan from scratch kitchen. Our guests and team are passionate about fresh ingredients, delicious drinks, and an exceptional dining experience. Mioposto means "my place" in Italian. For years, Mioposto has been a beloved neighborhood favorite for date nights to family dinners. We are so excited to be opening a brand new location in Eastlake, in a brand new Green building! We are building a team of customer obsessed, experienced hospitality professionals to bring the quality and care our guests havee to expect of Mioposto to a brand newmunity.

Due to the timeline of opening a brand new restaurant with inspections needing to be passed, we are planning to do two weeks of paid training in our existing Mioposto locations from 7/21-8/8, soft openings in our Eastlake location 8/9 and 8/10, and opening to the public 8/11.

We are looking for experienced hosts who would be available to work 3-4 days per week in a fast-paced environment. The host is the first official face of our dining experience and orchestrates the shift to run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests quickly and warmly

- Manage reservations and waitlists with ease

- Answer iing calls and assist with reservations or takeout orders

- Monitor dining room activity to ensure optimal seating flow and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous host experience preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus

- Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
