Harry's Fine Foods is looking for a professional and experienced Service Coordinator/Host to support our team!

We are a locally owned, friendly, hard working restaurant group that uses the highest quality ingredients and sustainable practices. We're passionate about creating an inclusive and hospitable experience for both our staff and guests, in our full volume & fast paced environment.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of restaurant hosting experience, preferably with a deep knowledge of seating reservation programs such as Tock, Resy, and Open Table, has strongmunication skills with guests and colleagues, and a general understanding of restaurant steps of service.

Saturday and Sunday mornings are a must! Harry s believes in growth from within thepany, so the ability to cross train as a server is always up for discussion for the right candidate. Integrity and a strong sense of teamwork are also vital to our success.

Key Qualifications & Duties:

-You will have 1-2 years restaurant experience; upscale dining is preferred, but not required.

-Our host should have greatmunication skills & be a team player, as well as friendly and engaging

-You make every single person (not just guests) who walks into our establishment feel wee at the door

-You thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude & professionalposure

-You utilize your knowledge of our floor plan, seat numbers, and reservation system to amodate as many of our guests as possible through creative solutions and team problem solving

-Assist FOH team with bussing & resetting tables, running food & drinks, answering phones & replying to voice mails, keeping host stand clean &anized, manage take out orders via our POS system, Toast, and help with general cleaning tasks & restaurant upkeep

We are a very busy restaurant with many moving parts, this is not a job for the faint of heart.

T is also an opportunity to grow into a part-time/pick up serving position or even into our Guest House Coordinator role!
