Responsibilities: Maintains the hotel in a clean and orderly condition by performing routine cleaning inside and outside of the building. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Able to prioritize tasks properly and effectively. Must be able to perform manual tasks and heavy repetitive lifting. Responsible for making our glass doors, lobby, corridors, restrooms, and other public/back-of-house areas shine and sparkle with polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and generally keeping everything neat. Keep and maintain all closets and storage areas in a neat, clean, and organized fashion. Take care of and maintain all equipment. Restock all supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and hand towels, in the washrooms. Empty and reline all trash cans. Clean and maintain lights, lamps, and lampshades. Inspect the condition of furniture and pillows for tears, rips, stains, and report any damages. Arrange all cushions and pillows properly on all sofas and chairs. Assist guest with their questions and direct them to the areas they want to go. Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies. All other duties as assigned. Due to the specific requirements of this role, including working in the men's restroom and providing services to male guests, this position requires a male public area attendant as a bona fide occupational qualification . Experience/Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. infrequently. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
