Summary:
The Houseperson Runner will maintain, clean, and organize guest common areas as well as storage closets and areas. Additionally, they will provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards and assist guests and associates with delivering housekeeping-related items on time.
Responsibilities:
Must be physically able to perform manual tasks and heavy repetitive lifting (i.e., microwaves, rollaway beds, ADA accessible equipment, boxed/bulk supplies, amenities, etc.).
Must be detail-oriented and be able to accurately execute stocking and distribution of schedules and timetables.
Responds efficiently and courteously to associate requests.
Responsible for stocking linen supplies and amenities around the property.
Duties include stocking closets with linen and supplies, paper products, cleaning supplies, and amenities, and answering guest and room attendant requests.
Guests requests are top priority and must be answered in a timely and friendly manner.
Answer the radio promptly.
Ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally using radio.
Will to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills to assist in their development and advancement.
Report all maintenance issues accordingly.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
