RGB is a video game themed bar with vintage consoles and a cozy neighborhood vibe. We have a full bar with 8 taps, craft cocktails and slushees. Our kitchen serves Japanese inspired food. We're a small family run business with a tight team, and the owners are local & involved.
shifts available right now (subject to change in future) are Saturday, Sunday, Monday, roughly 8.5hr shifts. Saturday is a must but can work with other days for the right person.
We are looking for an experienced bartender with the following qualities:
-Must be friendly, personable and interested in geek culture.
-2+ years of cocktail skills: make consistently good looking & tasty cocktails. Seasonal creations.
-Like/interest in video games. Must have a strong knowledge of video games.
-Will be working with sounds and flashing lights.
-Be able to handle busy times and slower times without losing focus or drive
-Must be 21+ and have current OLCC server permit and food handlers license.
Bartenders are mostly solo behind the bar, sometimes working with a barback. Beyond general bartending duties, we rely on on our small team to jump in and help out with all aspects of the business. Everyone pitches in. These duties include but aren't limited to: bartending, multi-tasking, answering phones, taking delivery orders, bussing, preparing/running food when needed, cleaning bar floor and bathrooms, game changing for customers, inventory, changing kegs, delivering food/drinks to patio and private event space, and other duties as assigned.
Pay is $16.30hr +tips
