Job Description

Job Requirements: Lifting (minimum of 40 pounds)

Maintenance of building and premises, including the sidewalks, and driveways. Assisting with general cleaning with fellow employees when necessary, classrooms, halls, office space, and school entrances.

Outdoor work in a variety of conditions and temperatures with knowledge of grounds keeping and minor maintenance knowledge, observing and reporting needs for maintenance and supplies, getting along with others i.e. teachers, students and the general public

This is a second shift position 2:30pm - 11pm.

Calendar year position with benefits including paid holidays and retirement plan.
