We re looking to grow our team with experienced servers, bartenders, and captains who are professional, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.

What We re Looking For:

Servers & Bartenders:

Experience in full-service catering or fine dining

Positive attitude and strongmunication skills

Ability to follow direction and take initiative

Food Handler s Permit (required)

MAST Permit for bartenders (required)

Own transportation &fort with independent arrivals

Adaptability to fast-paced environments with grace and a smile

Captains:

Minimum 3 years of experience leading full-service events

Ability to read and interpret BEOs and rental orders

Confident in leading teams and managing timelines

Skilled in setting up and executing events from start to finish

Strongmunication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities May Include:

Setting up and breaking down events

Serving plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d oeuvres

Bartending with professionalism and speed

Coordinating with kitchen and vendors

Guiding team execution and ensuring seamless service
