Led by James Beard Finalist Chef Kristi Brown and her son/business partner Damon Bomar, COMMUNION is more than a restaurant it s a cultural experience rooted inmunity and culinary exploration. Located in the heart of Seattle s Central District, we re an upscale casual restaurant and craft cocktail bar known for bold flavors, warm hospitality, and cultural authenticity.

Our Space

Capacity: 62 seats + 9 bar seats

Service: Upscale casual dining with craft cocktails

Average Turns: 2.5 per night

Shifts: 8 hours | Typical schedules: 1pm 9ish or 5pm 12ish (y all know how it goes)

Who We re Looking For

We are seeking a professional bartender with experience, soul, and flavor. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings top-tier service with knowledge, creativity, and grace. This is a front-row seat to one of Seattle s most celebrated dining experiences we need someone who can hold that space.

Primary Responsibilities

Craft and serve cocktails to spec and with flair

Provide exceptional, hospitality-driven customer service

Maintain thorough knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, wine, and beer

Engage guests with the ability to upsell and educate

Stay current on bar trends and develop your craft

Set up and break down bar daily, maintaining cleanliness
