Are you ready to be part of the game day action? 1883 Provision Co. is looking for motivated and skilled Cook I team members to join our catering team for the 2025 Texas Football season and year-round special events.

As a Cook I, you'll play a critical role in preparing and executing high-volume, high-quality meals for VIP guests, athletic teams, and large-scale events across campus. From luxury tailgates to plated dinners, you'll help bring unettable culinary experiences to life.

What You ll Do:

Execute prep lists and production schedules for football game days, banquets, and catered events

Follow recipes and presentation standards with precision

Maintain cleanliness andanization in prep and cook areas

Work closely with chefs and teammates to ensure on-time execution of meals

Ad to all food safety and sanitation standards

We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (banquets or catering preferred)

Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Availability for all home football games (weekends required) and flexible hours for events

Passion for hospitality and food quality
