1883 Provision Co. is hiring Cook II team members to support culinary execution for catering and special events during the 2025 Texas Football season and beyond.

As a Cook II, you ll focus on prep, production, and quality execution of high-volume food service for game day VIP hospitality, athletic team meals, and exclusive University events.

What You ll Do:

Prepare and cook food for football events, large-scale banquets, and catered functions

Follow standardized recipes and production schedules with accuracy

Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met

Work closely with the culinary team to support smooth event service

We re Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in high-volume or catering kitchens

Strong cooking skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Availability for all home football games (weekends required)

ServSafe certification a plus
