Rangoon Bistro is a fast casual Burmese restaurant with a reputation for delicious food without a lot of bells and whistles. We work with local farms, pay well, support ourmunity through targeted discounts and fundraisers, and we care more about how our food tastes than what it looks like on instagram. We don't like to micromanage or nitpic and expect that the people we work with are capable of doing their jobs well when given enough support and autonomy. We have multiple positions available in BOH, on the floor and behind the bar. We want to hire people who will fit in with our culture of hard work and high expectations while keeping things in perspective.
