Be the Backbone of the Guest Experience at Top Roe

Top Roe is a modern Japanese handroll and izakaya concept w precision meets pace. We re looking for a Server Assistant who thrives inanized chaos, anticipates needs before they re spoken, and keeps the rhythm of service seamless.

What You ll Do:

Support servers by clearing, resetting, and restocking tables with speed and accuracy

Deliver water, beverages, and guest requests quickly and gracefully

Maintain cleanliness and flow in the dining room and service stations

guide the guest experience through timing, awareness, and care

Work closely with runners and chefs to ensure dishes arrive hot, fast, and in order

What We re Looking For:

Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Hustle, situational awareness, and attention to detail

Calm under pressure and respectful in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliable, consistent, and able to take direction quickly

Interest in Japanese cuisine and hospitality is a bonus
