Lucciola Italian Restaurant Fine Dining is a 24-seat culinary gem in the heart of New York City, led by Executive Chef Michele Casadei Massari. We're seeking an exceptional Fine Dining Server , ideally with Sommelier experience , to join our team and help create unforgettable moments for our guests.

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, charismatic, and deeply passionate about hospitality, with a genuine appreciation for Italian cuisine, fine wine, and elevated service.

• Deliver elegant, attentive, and highly personalized service to each guest.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our tasting-only menu , with the ability to guide guests through the experience.

• Provide wine and beverage pairings that complement our seasonal Italian cuisine, drawing on formal Sommelier training or experience .

• Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service execution.

• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.

• Actively contribute to the teams positive energy and the overall dining room atmosphere.

• 2+ years of experience in fine dining or Michelin Star restaurants, demonstrating a strong foundation in high-quality service.

• Formal wine education or certified Sommelier experience preferred .

• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to create meaningful guest interactions.

• Prior experience with POS systems is preferred.

• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and comprehension.

• $10/hour base wage + generous tips

• Estimated annual income: $85,000 $110,000 (for full-time, 3035 hours/week)
