We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Salad Line Cook to join our team.

As a Salad/Pastry Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our signature salads, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for taste, quality, and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Prepare ingredients for salads, including washing, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats.
  • Assemble salads according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station, following proper sanitation and food safety procedures.
  • Coordinate salad orders with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Ensure that all salads meet our standards for taste, presentation, and portion size.
  • Accommodate special dietary requests or modifications to salad orders as needed.
  • Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a salad line cook or in a similar role in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant.
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • 2 years experience as a Salad Manger
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • You Must have a Legal Valid State ID or US Passport, Greencard and Valid Social Security Card.

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
