Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
- Provide information about our services and help clients navigate their wellness journey
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the center
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English!
- Spanish is a plus!
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus
